Florence is one of ROWAN’s loving widows. She has two children, Mary Taaka who is 11 years old and Tibita who is 16 years old! She lost her husband years ago of HIV/AIDS, and lives in a remote village in Eastern Uganda. Florence has spent most of her life in the garden as a peasant, and she joined ROWAN in the early stages back in 2005. She loves making paper bead jewelry and spending time with her girls. She is a blessing in the community, and she is in need of someone to continue to encourage her in her faith!
