At ROWAN we strive to help women & children who have been affected by AIDS/ HIV. Our main objective is to keep everyone in need fed, healthy & learning new skills. About Yokana
Yokana comes from the Bugiri district & is an incredible young man! He has been with ROWAN since 2008 (some of these pics are from 2009). Yokana’s father passed away from HIV/ AIDS years ago & he lives with his mother Mary.
The Friendly Skys
Yokana is in primary school & in his spare time he helps his mother with all of the chores around their house. When he grows up he wants to become a pilot & we think he can do it!
