Donation Refunds

Because we are a 501(c)3 non profit, legally all donations are non-refundable.

If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with the purchase of a ROWAN product, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

– Refunds will be made for the cost of the product but not the cost of shipping.

– Refunds will be processed within 30 days of request.
