Sam Kuloba – Uganda Board Member & Sponsorship Program Manager

Sam was born and raised in Eastern Uganda, and recently retired from his director position with Compassion International. He has been on the ROWAN board since 2008, and recently became the manager of our sponsorship program, ensuring quality communication flow between sponsors and sponsees. He also oversees building projects across the organization.
